01 — The Restaurant

A kitchen, and a chef.

There's an in-house restaurant with an Indian chef, and a dining area to eat it in. Room service runs to the door if you'd rather not come down, and there's a kids' menu for the ones who won't eat what you ordered.

Breakfast is available. Tell reception the night before if you're leaving early — most people here are.

02 — Outside

Garden, lawn, terrace.

A private garden and a lawn on the side of the building, a terrace above, and outdoor furniture on both. In the Thar these are afternoon-proof rather than afternoon-friendly — but from about five o'clock they're the best part of the property.

There's a children's play area, and a common seating area indoors for when it's genuinely too hot.

03 — Getting Around

The travel desk.

Ramdevra station is 1.4 km away and Pokaran is 8.5 km, so almost everyone needs a car at some point. The desk arranges a private taxi, a rental, or a seat on the shared shuttle, and will help you plan the run to Jaisalmer if that's where you're headed next.

Parking is on site and free, with accessible spaces near the entrance.

04 — Families, Couples, Groups

Everyone's welcome.

Family rooms sleep up to six, and the banquet hall takes a group of ten to twelve under one roof — a wedding party, a jatha, or a family that would rather not split across five keys. Events and parties are allowed on the property.

This is a couple-friendly hotel: unmarried couples with valid ID are welcome, and reception won't make it awkward.

05 — Round the Clock

Someone's always up.

A security guard on the gate 24 hours and a staffed reception — which matters more than it sounds when your train gets in at four in the morning. Daily housekeeping, laundry, a first-aid kit at the desk, and a wake-up call if you ask for one.

Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged on request, subject to the room being free.

06 — In the Room

Work, wash, sleep.

Every room is air-conditioned with a ceiling fan, an attached bathroom with a geyser and hot and cold water, and a smart TV with the usual OTT apps. There's an electric kettle, a safe, a wardrobe and a workspace in all six.

  • Smoking is prohibited indoors; designated areas are available outside. A cleaning fee applies for violations.
  • Respectful guest conduct is expected; disruptive behaviour is not tolerated.

  • Cancellation policies vary; no-shows will be charged for the first night.
